The Cedar Tree Institute in partnership with The Northern Great Lakes Synod {ELCA} and the Episcopal Diocese of Northern Michigan Presents

THE WAY OF THE DREAM
GOD’S FORGOTTEN LANGUAGE

A SERIES OF THREE WORKSHOPS
February 28, March 21, and March 28
11:00 A.M. – 2 P.M.

St. Paul’s Episcopal Church’s Morgan Chapel 201 E Ridge, Marquette

The role of dreams in Scripture and the appropriation of personal dreams is a part of spiritual practices rooted in both the Old and New Testaments and in all Great Religious traditions. The power of learning to listen to dreams, to navigate the depths of one’s own inner life, is the focus.

Recent scientific research on dreams, along with insights from Native American spiritual traditions, the art community, and Carl Jung’s understanding of the unconscious will provide a framework for small group conversations. Suggestions will be shared on how these insights can be used in personal and pastoral settings.

Limited to 15 participants. Requested donation: $25 per workshop which includes lunch and resource materials

Facilitators: Jon Magnuson, Barb Ojibway, Ken Kelley, Will Sharp, and Sarah Gimpl
