Aging brings with it specific challenges. This 3-session series will informally present and train participants in the latest strategies in using mental health practices to improve quality of life as we face whatever the future brings to us.

This project is supported by a grant from the Superior Health Foundation in partnership with The Cedar Tree Institute, a nonprofit organization that provides services and initiates projects in the areas of mental health, religion, and the environment.
